- Viscose: Silky appearance but less durable—best in low-traffic areas.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) & Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT): Waterproof, resilient, and perfect for high-traffic areas. They come in various thicknesses and wear layers. A thicker wear layer often means longer-lasting performance and higher price points.
- Porcelain and Ceramic Tile: Durable, moisture-resistant, and ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and mudrooms.
- Area Rugs & Stair Runners: Add warmth, safety, and style to hardwood, tile, or LVP flooring. We can custom-cut rugs to fit your space.

Different homes have different needs. Here’s how each flooring type holds up:

Durability: LVP, tile, carpet, and hardwood handle daily life well. But all will show wear without regular upkeep. Staircases, hallways, and homes with pets may need replacement sooner.

Moisture Resistance: LVP and tile are fully waterproof, so they’re perfect for bathrooms, basements, kitchens, and laundry rooms. Engineered hardwood handles humidity better than solid wood.

Pets & Kids: Look for scratch-resistant finishes and easy-clean surfaces. SmartStrand carpet and LVP are great for busy households.

- Hardwood: Average of ~$8/sq.ft. It can last for decades with refinishing, but wear and tear is natural. Proper maintenance is key.
- Carpet: ~$4–$5/sq.ft. on average. Lifespan depends heavily on fiber type and traffic.
- LVP & LVT: ~$4/sq.ft. Most products last 10–25 years, but that can vary depending on wear layer thickness and daily wear. Some clients change it out sooner for style updates.
