Rug FAQs
How long does it take to get my rugs cleaned?
Typically, rug cleaning takes about 10-14 business days. This allows time for a detailed cleaning and complete drying in our climate-controlled facility.
How often should I send my rugs out to be cleaned.
For nomal household conditions, we recommend cleaning rugs every 3-5 years.
Will my rug shrink?
In most cases, your rug will not shrink. Natural fibers do have a tendency to tighten up, we take steps to try and minimize.
Will my rugs bleed?
Most rugs will not bleed. However, some painted rugs, especially handmade, older, or deeply pigmented ones, can bleed if not cleaned properly. We test for dye stability beforehand and use appropriate cleaning techniques to avoid color run.
Do you pick up and deliver rugs?
Absolutely. We offer convenient rug pickup and delivery services. Just let us know your availability, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s one less thing for you to worry about. Minimums may apply.
Can you clean silk rugs?
Yes, but they require delicate handling. We evaluate these rugs thoroughly and use gentle, low moisture and dry cleaning process to clean them without compromising their structure.
Can you store my rugs after cleaning?
Yes, we offer rug storage. Rugs are wrapped in breathable Tyvek to prevent damage, and we store them in a climate-controlled environment for peace of mind.
Do you repair rugs?
Yes, we provide expert rug repairs and reweaving. Whether it's reweaving, fringe replacement, overround serging of the sides and overcasting of the ends, our team can help restore your rug’s integrity and appearance.

How much do you charge for area rug cleaning?
Area rugs are brought to our plant for cleaning. Pricing depends on the actual size, fiber, construction and condition of the rug being cleaned. We’re always upfront with estimates, and our team is happy to walk you through what’s included in our pricing.

Do you sell rug pads?
Yes, we do! Including custom cuts for any size rug.
