It is not always easy to find a company you can trust. Some of us turn to friends and neighbors for referrals, others to social media groups, but most of us are very familiar with online reviews. Reviews have made it easier than ever to check credibility and if a company’s actions align with our personal standards. Here is a true story of a carpet cleaning gone bad. The client’s experience started with dirty carpet and calling a local company for carpet cleaning service. Unfortunately, all this company did was over-saturate the dirty carpet, leaving it with new and old stains as it slowly dried.
