Although We Can Clean Rugs In-Home, Here’s Why We Recommend Cleaning In-Plant

In-home rug cleaning should be used only if the customer is looking to spruce up their rug with a topical cleaning. Since the rug is in the home, our technicians are unable to thoroughly flush out your rug to achieve maximum cleanliness. In-home rug cleanings are usually done when the rug is still fairly new, is not in a high traffic area, and the customer decides to use the in-home cleaning as a sort of in-between cleaning until the rug is brought in for an in-plant cleaning at a later date.

If your rug has any type of major stains, spills, or pet issues, you should ALWAYS have it cleaned in-plant.
