This is the second time I have used Ayoub and they are awesome. We had a rug and outdoor cushions picked up, cleaned, and returned. Jamie and Cory were great for pick up and delivery. They contacted me about their arrival time within the allotted window and arrived as promised. They were respectful of our property. The carpet and cushions came out great! I highly recommend this company.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and professional in all his dealings. He was able to select the perfect match for our flooring.

The installers, John & Roberto, did an outstanding job. The flooring was superb and the workmanship was exceptional. They were very personable as well.

Finally, the price was good and well below one competitor. I would highly recommend Ayoub.

Ayoub Carpet cleaning is 5 star experience. Why ?
1. Communication is good: they tell when they’ll come, and if they’ll adjust they’ll let you . If you need to adjust they’ll communicate what time frame they can meet
2. Service is stellar : Ayoub is punctual on top of thorough . I’ve used them twice over 3 years and each time they come back with my carpets it looks like I bought it brand new . It feels, looks and is clean . They’ve made old carpets feel new again. It took two weeks to get my 4 carpets done and it was worth the wait.
3. Friendly staff: Jamie, Carlos and the rest have been there for a while and still deliver solid and friendly service . Coming to my house and removing difficult to remove carpets and putting back together as they met it without any is a God send. Shout out to them. They treat the business like they own it.

Only thing I will add is the need to offer deals and discounts for their customers. Their services is expensive. But you get what you pay for .

We sent three carpets to Ayoub. All different. One nice oriental. One moderately priced large 16x20 patterned rug. One expensive 9x12 area rug. They all were badly soiled from pets. They came back looking brand new. It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny in our view.

Login and his team from Ayoub were phenomenal! They were quick, very today, friendly, and best of all, they got a carpet stain out that I thought was in there for good! They got it out! There used to be a neon green stain in the middle of this beige carpet, and it is no longer there.

Over the past 20 years, Ray and his team have probably done 20 of our large Persian/Afghan/Tibetan carpets, mostly cleaning, sometimes adding fringe, most recently a few carpets in Jan2025. They have maintained the same excellent quality of service - they're quick, their prices are fair, they give you good (not self-serving) advice. Pickup and delivery all perfect. I've referred others - even commercial customers to them - everyone always thanks me. A good bet.

Milo and his coworker did a great job today on my 20-years-old, wall-to-wall light beige Berber carpet (hall and 2 bedrooms) which had not had a full wet cleaning in at least 6 years, unfortunately. Fortunately no pets and no smokers - but just traffic wear and accumulated dust etc despite regular vacuuming.
They were both friendly, careful in my home, quick and efficient and the results are just wonderful!
I will definitely be back with Ayoub for scheduling more regular cleanings in the years ahead!

Ayoub Carpet Services was great, from obtaining an estimate to the pick-up and drop-off of the rugs. Nicole was able to schedule the cleaning of my rugs on short notice and have them back prior to the holidays. The communication was good from beginning to end, not only from the office, but also from the techs regarding arrival time and getting a picture of the techs fulfilling the pick-up and delivery. I did obtain 3 estimates, but chose Ayoub due to their fair estimate and friendly customer service from the first phone call to the last. I do plan on using Ayoub in the future when it comes time to replace my indoor-outdoor carpet on our porch. The rugs look great - Thanks Ayoub.
