The carpets came back looking so much more vibrant. I didn't remember the colors were so bright. The end binding on the oriental rug looks wonderful. The 2 guys (Jamie & Nelson) were very professional, friendly and helpful moving furniture and making small adjustments to make the carpet placement perfect!

I was very happy with both the carpet stretching and cleaning job that I received from Ayoub Carpeting and both of your employees were very nice and courteous. My only complaint would be the price I was charged. I was told at the store the carpet stretching was a “set” price because you use an electronic machine to stretch it. Well, that wasn’t entirely true but it was still worth it. I was also told I would probably get a discount for the cleaning service. I thought a$700+ bill for three bedrooms (one was empty and the other had a small bench in it) plus a hallway and stairs was pretty steep. I mean it only took 90 minutes.

So overall, your employees who did the work were A+ but I thought the pricing and sales pitch at the store was a bit misleading.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy! I was able to text with a rep to get carpet repair and carpet cleaning services scheduled for the same day. Day of, Steuart (carpet repair) was so understanding as we were locked out of the house. He was kind and flexible and was able to reschedule us for the next day. He did an amazing job (photos included) fixing up the carpet from where our cat had a little too much fun.

The contact with Ayoub was super helpful and kind helping us reschedule our cleaning to be after the carpet repair, and Olvin (carpet cleaning)did a wonderful job as well. Would definitely recommend!

Login and his team from Ayoub were phenomenal! They were quick, very today, friendly, and best of all, they got a carpet stain out that I thought was in there for good! They got it out! There used to be a neon green stain in the middle of this beige carpet, and it is no longer there.

I love working with this company! They are communicative, responsive, and always keep me informed when new promotions are launched. Their recommendations for service are consistently solid. Today, Jamie and Cory returned a large rug and placed it on the floor, but I realized afterward that the pad still needed to be put down. Without hesitation or frustration, they graciously helped me complete the room’s look. Thank you again for your flexibility with scheduling and for always rising to the occasion!

Ayoub Carpet cleaning is 5 star experience. Why ?
1. Communication is good: they tell when they’ll come, and if they’ll adjust they’ll let you . If you need to adjust they’ll communicate what time frame they can meet
2. Service is stellar : Ayoub is punctual on top of thorough . I’ve used them twice over 3 years and each time they come back with my carpets it looks like I bought it brand new . It feels, looks and is clean . They’ve made old carpets feel new again. It took two weeks to get my 4 carpets done and it was worth the wait.
3. Friendly staff: Jamie, Carlos and the rest have been there for a while and still deliver solid and friendly service . Coming to my house and removing difficult to remove carpets and putting back together as they met it without any is a God send. Shout out to them. They treat the business like they own it.

Only thing I will add is the need to offer deals and discounts for their customers. Their services is expensive. But you get what you pay for .

We had a high quality but very soiled rug - that most thought couldn’t be saved. After raising 4 kids and 4 dogs it was extremely dirty. However Ayoub kept at it and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My grown kids couldn’t believe it was the same rug. I wish I had a photo of the before. Will use Ayoub again. Also the people there are very professional and kept us informed of their progress.
