Ayoub Carpet cleaning is the best hands down. Everything is easy - scheduling, communication about arrival time, work flow, payment. They are very careful and wear booties in the house as well as protect corners and stair posts as they are working. And best of all, everything comes clean! Alvin was our lead technician today and he was excellent and fast. Can’t say enough good things about Alvin and Ayoub.

After researching carpet cleaning companies in our area and reading numerous reviews my wife and I chose Ayoub Carpet Service for our carpet cleaning needs. We could not be more pleased with the cleaning and deodorizing of our wool, pet stained dining room rug. Our rug was returned brighter, the colors were noticeably more vibrant, all stains were removed, and the carpet was odor free. Ayoub’s staff provided outstanding service in every respect. On our first phone call, services were explained clearly and professionally. All questions were welcomed and answered. We received a quote (approved) and scheduled our rug pick up. We would like to express our special appreciation to Jamie and Jackson who picked up and returned our rug. Both are outstanding representatives for Ayoub as they moved furniture back in place, after trimming the rug pad.Jamie also advised us that Ayoub offers upholstery cleaning. Good to know for future needs.Jamie and Jackson departed leaving the area neat and clean. Lastly, Ayoub’s customer communications is in one word “Amazing”.

Ayoub carpet service did an INCREDIBLE job restoring a family rug! This rug had been sitting in a garage for over a year and was in terrible shape— moth damage, destroyed fringe and holes all around the perimeter. Ayoub came to pick it up, communicated thoroughly throughout the process, were honest about the quote, and delivered it. A special shout out to Carlos and Nelson for their pickup and delivery! They helped place the carpet in the right place and lifted the heavy couch. Amazing work, would highly recommend to anyone! See the pictures for before and after!

Chris and Brian were absolutely outstanding to help me get my three 12’x14’ (give or take) 3 Persian Rugs to be cleaned. I can’t thank them enough, I had tried to get the rugs for months. This is my second time using Ayoub. I've seen much better results from this service than any other carpet cleaning service I've ever used throughout my life. That said, I recommend spot-treating yourself before these workers arrive. I will use them again.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Ayoub. Our rug pickup was scheduled for the same-day which was incredible. When the rug was returned it was well-cleaned and Jamie and his partner were great at placing the rug in exactly the right position and educating me on different types of rugs. We have used Ayoub several times in the past and will definitely use them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy! I was able to text with a rep to get carpet repair and carpet cleaning services scheduled for the same day. Day of, Steuart (carpet repair) was so understanding as we were locked out of the house. He was kind and flexible and was able to reschedule us for the next day. He did an amazing job (photos included) fixing up the carpet from where our cat had a little too much fun.

The contact with Ayoub was super helpful and kind helping us reschedule our cleaning to be after the carpet repair, and Olvin (carpet cleaning)did a wonderful job as well. Would definitely recommend!
